This section is for some of the artists, musicians and writers that I like. Support the arts, check them out and let them know if you like their work.  If you really like it maybe think of buying something to support your local starving artist.

This is for my wayward drama queen adopted son :P, he is the drummer for a band called Black Box Warning, they are quite good. You should give some of their music a listen.

This is for a gentleman I met at AnimeFest, his name is Thiago X. Nascimento and he is a fantastic pianist with a wicked sense of humor. He makes a great Ghostbuster as well. So if you live in the DFW area and need a great pianist then you want the krazypianist

If you like a good story I would like to suggest the works of Alexandra Erin a most interesting writer, her story Void Dogs is an adventure set in space. Then there is  Tales of MU which is a decidedly a more mature oriented story about college life.

I am going to add a bit more international flair, I already have a link for someone in the Netherlands so now I am going to add a link to a friend from a forum I belong to. He is a college student in Spain and this is a link for his blog he also does work for a Spanish Apple blog. Went to the first Shimakon convention and it was very enjoyable. I mean come on a convention in South Padre at the beach, it really doesn't get much better, hope to see you at the next one.http://shimakon.org/

If you like j-pop, j-rock, and/or anime music, I suggest that you check out Keiichi.net.

This site is great for all ages, you create a pet or several if you want but you have to care for them. You feed them and can collect items as well as set up a house for your pets. There are games, battle arenas and guilds it is a great deal of fun.


I want to mention a really great site, very useful if you are at work and can not download an IM client. It is called Meebo and it is wonderful, it lets you use all your favorite chat clients in a single browser.

I also want to mention another useful site, I have never done much of the social networking thing, sure I have a Myspace page that sees little use but then I read about del.ico.us. It is a social bookmarking site that just rocks. I use it to bookmark something I am reading and then when I go home/work, I can pick up where I left off without pulling my hair out trying to remember where it was or sending myself an e-mail.
